Vincent Kadar is the Chief Executive Officer of Polymath Research Inc., a security tokenization software company. Prior to his position at Polymath, Mr. Kadar spent 12 years as CEO of Telepin Software Systems Inc. (acquired by Constellation Software Inc. in 2017 (TSX:CSU)), a fintech software company providing digital wallet and payments platforms for developed and emerging markets globally. He has also held CTO and founding positions at Airwide Solutions, a software provider in mobile messaging and security software for the telecoms industry (acquired by Mavenir).
Scott Gardner (CFA) is the Chief Investment Officer of Torrent Capital Inc. Scott has extensive experience investing and advising early-stage companies in a multitude of industries. During his career, he has been an investment banker focused on high growth businesses and a fund manager for various mutual fund mandates. Scott earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2002, is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba.
Matthew currently serves as the co-founder and Executive Chair of Cloudvisor Wealth, a North America focused wealthtech company targeting the asset and wealth management sectors. For the past six years he has also served as an investor, advisor and operating leader in numerous other fintech firms in NA and Europe. Matthew has a long track record of building and stewarding companies in the financial services and technology space with previous senior roles as Executive Managing Director, S&P Global where he ran APAC and all growth markets and as Deputy CEO and COO of HSBC Bank Canada.
Glenn was most recently President of CDS and CDCC, fully owned subsidiaries of the TMX Group that are responsible for clearing, settlement and depository functions for the Canadian cash and derivatives markets. He is a globally recognized expert in market infrastructure who has been at the forefront of the evolution of post trade in the post credit crisis environment. Prior to these roles, he led the Montreal Exchange derivative market business development and operations functions.
Before joining the TMX Group, Glenn managed business development activities for a major Canadian bank with a focus on Exchange traded derivatives, and he was a portfolio manager at a provincial pension plan responsible for fixed income and derivative investments. Glenn is an engineer, with an MBA who has also completed his CFA.
Richard Greco is returning to the board of directors having served as an independent director of the Company from 2014-2016 and also being a co-founder of Marketwall Srl, AnalytixInsight’s portfolio business in Italy.
Mr. Greco is an American businessman, educator, former United States Government official, and long-standing trustee of educational, cultural, and civic institutions. In 2004, Mr. Greco was appointed by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the United States Senate as the nation's 19th Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller). In this role, he was the chief financial officer of the Department of the Navy, responsible for an annual budget of more than $130 billion. Richard Greco Jr. is currently the president and chairman of the Board of The Montfort Academy, a highly ranked, not-for-profit classical curriculum Catholic high school he founded in the Archdiocese of New York.
Mr. Greco was conferred Knighthood of the Italian Republic and is the recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. Mr. Greco holds an M.B.A. in finance from The University of Chicago, an M.A. in American Foreign Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fordham University.
Ms. Hirsch is an operational leader with significant experience managing complex projects and scaling businesses, teams, and processes over 15+ years of work experience in roles throughout e-commerce, enterprise software, and fintech companies. Previously, she served as VP, Operations at Coinsquare. She holds a BASc and MMPA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, is a designated CPA in Ontario, and a Certified Project Management Professional.
Mr. Dwek is a CFA Charterholder and has a Master of Finance degree from the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. He has previously guided and supported companies with mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, and has successfully developed and implemented internal financial controls. Most recently, he ran Dwek Capital, an independent M&A advisory and private equity firm delivering services to clients in the middle market, where he assisted companies with the identification and execution of acquisition opportunities across a variety of industries.
