CEO & CHAIRMAN of the board
Formerly one of Canada’s leading portfolio managers during his tenure at Front Street Capital, Prakash specialized in technology and growth-related investments. Prior to this he analyzed and rated structured investment products at Dominion Bond Rating Services. Since 2014 he has led Radient Technologies, an MAP-based solvent extraction company, through a restructuring and turnaround from a market cap of $5 million to a market cap of over $400 million. He holds a Financial Engineering degree from York University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and an Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
Chaith’s prior experiences were primarily in corporate finance and strategy advisory work. Chaith was with Stern Stewart & Co where he was the CEO of Stern Stewart Europe Ltd, and the CEO and founder of Stern Stewart India. Chaith has frequently written and spoken on corporate performance and analysis with The Economist Group, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Euromoney. He has a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Jith is currently President and CEO of Gencor Pacific, a global bio-ingredients manufacturer, with a presence in California, India and Hong Kong. With a number of commercialized bio-nutrients for different stages of human life, Jith has a long-standing history presiding over food and packaging companies around the world, and has founded and grown Gencor Pacific since 1999. Jith holds advanced degrees including an MBA degree from the University of Toronto.
Catherine has worked at private Canadian merchant bank Forbes & Manhattan since 2011, where she has been actively involved in the formation, development and operations of companies - notably she has served as Chief Commercial Officer of Aguia Resources Limited, and Managing Director of DT Plantations Limited. Prior to this, Catherine was a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian investment firm which had $1 billion in assets under management and focused on managing Investment Funds. In this role Catherine helped research, develop and structure early stage investments and investment vehicles in Canada and overseas working with legal teams, securities regulators and local partners.
Michael is President of Mifran Consulting focusing on strategic planning and business development for emerging companies. From 2007 to 2011, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sprylogics International Corporation, a software company focused on semantic and local search where he also served as a consultant until March 2014. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the high technology sector in operations, business development, mergers & acquisitions, and raising funding in the capital markets. Additionally, he was Executive Vice President of Hutchison Avenue Software, one of the first real-time online stock quote platforms, where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Intuit Corporation.
COO, EUCLIDES TECHNOLOGIES
Adi is the co-founder of Euclides Technologies, a workflow analytics company which AnalytixInsight acquired in 2015. He has served as the COO of Euclides through its entire 12 years of operating history, and brings to AnalytixInsight his extensive experience and breadth of knowledge in project management and consulting. He holds a BSc and and MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management.
VP, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Scott has a passion for analyzing publicly-traded companies and brings over a decade of professional capital markets experience. He was formerly an investment banker for a Canadian based investment banking and securities brokerage firm where he structured, financed, and advised growth companies across several industry sectors. He previously gained extensive business operations experience, having held increasingly senior management roles in sales, engineering and customer service in the telecommunications industry. He holds an MBA from Queen’s University.
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Caitlin began her career as a journalist in Dubai, where she managed the editorial teams at OK! Magazine Middle East and internationally published travel magazine Destinations of the World News. She then moved to New York and worked as a content consultant for tech incubator StartMesh, helping private startups seeking to gain exposure and credibility amongst investors. In 2015 she began working with Canadian-listed early-stage companies, helping them to market themselves to investors while improving their communication with shareholders. Caitlin has written for publications including Business Insider and Zero Hedge, and has been interviewed by the Financial Exchange in Boston. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
