Prakash Hariharan, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Formerly one of Canada’s leading portfolio managers when he was at Front Street Capital focusing on technology and growth related investments. Prakash also spent time at Dominion Bond Rating Services, analyzing and rating structured investment products. He holds a Financial Engineering degree from York University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering.

Chaith Kondragunta, Managing Director

Chaith’s prior experiences were primarily in corporate finance and strategy advisory work. Chaith was with Stern Stewart & Co where he was the CEO of Stern Stewart Europe Ltd, and the CEO and founder of Stern Stewart India. Chaith has frequently written and spoken on corporate performance and analysis with The Economist Group, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Euromoney. He has a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jith Veeravalli

Jith is currently President and CEO of Gencor Pacific, a global bio-ingredients manufacturer, with a presence in California, India and Hong Kong. With a number of commercialized bio-nutrients for different stages of human life, Jith has a long-standing history presiding over food and packaging companies around the world, and has founded and grown Gencor Pacific since 1999. Jith holds advanced degrees, including an MBA degree from the University of Toronto. 

Michael Frank

Michael is President of Mifran Consulting focusing on strategic planning and business development for emerging companies. From 2007 to 2011, he was the Chief Executive Officer of  Sprylogics International Corporation., a software company focused on semantic and local search and also served as a consultant until March 2014. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the high technology sector in operations, business development, mergers / acquisitions, and raising funding in the capital markets. Additionally, he was Executive Vice President of Hutchison Avenue Software, one of the first real-time online stock quote platforms,  where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Intuit Corporation. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at, a Nasdaq-listed  online marketplace for the advertising community.
Early in his career, Michael was a Consultant and Principal with the consulting firm of  Woods Gordon (Ernst Young) , where he managed a variety of projects and consulting assignments across key vertical markets.

Catherine Stretch

Catherine Stretch has worked at private Canadian merchant bank Forbes & Manhattan since 2011, where she has been actively involved in the formation, development and ongoing operations of a number of companies – notable among them – Chief Commercial Officer of Aguia Resources Limited, an ASX listed company developing phosphate assets in Brazil and Managing Director of DT Plantations Limited, a 40,000 hectare palm oil plantation under development in southern Philippines. She brings along strong experience managing assets in Latin America, with her role in Brazilian asset Aguia Resources, a potash deposit with Brazil Potash and Irati Energy Corp, that is developing a shale asset in Brazil.
Previously, Catherine was a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian investment firm which had $1 billion in assets under management and focused on managing Investment Funds. In this role Catherine helped research, develop and structure early stage investments and investment vehicles in Canada and overseas working with legal teams, securities regulators and local partners as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and financial reporting requirements of the company and its Funds.
